Berlin CER is a recreation program which offers numerous opportunities for children and adults in the community to enrich themselves academically and socially after school hours.  The CER program has three distinct sections: Preschool, evening classes and a latchkey program (PALS).  The program has been in existence for over thirty years and continues to grow and evolve with the community.  Berlin CER is always looking for new course offerings and ways to improve.  Please contact us if you have a skill or course that you would like to share with the community.
